RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (including jewelry, hair accessories, and similar items)

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, or intimate apparel

  • Swimwear

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order items

These restrictions are in place for hygiene and inventory protection reasons.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Different size

  • Different color

  • Store credit

  • Product of equal or greater value (customer pays difference)

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is not available, store credit may be issued.


5. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or damaged item

  • Incorrect item received

  • Order canceled before shipment

  • Approved return that meets all policy conditions

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise determined by the store.

Processing time for refunds:

5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by our store.


6. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in place of a refund at our discretion.

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value

  • Cannot be transferred to another person

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May have an expiration date if required by law or promotional terms

Store credit is commonly issued for:

  • Returns that meet policy conditions

  • Exchanges when the requested item is unavailable

  • Approved return requests


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within:

48 hours of delivery

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to request the return of the item before issuing a replacement or refund.


8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The return was approved due to an error on our part

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


9. Return Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to verify compliance with this policy.

After inspection:

11. Refused Deliveries

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

2. Elegibilidad para Devoluciones

Para ser elegible para una devolución o cambio, el artículo debe:

  • Ser devuelto dentro de 14 días desde la fecha de entrega

  • No presentar manchas, olores o señales de uso

  • Estar en su empaque original cuando aplique

3. Artículos No Retornables

4. Cambios

5. Reembolsos

5 a 10 días laborables después de recibir el artículo.

7. Artículos Dañados o Incorrectos

8. Costos de Envío de Devoluciones

El cliente es responsable de los costos de envío de la devolución, excepto cuando el error sea responsabilidad de la tienda.


9. Cancelaciones
